Boost your performance, prevent injuries, and enjoy the journey. Whether virtual or in-person, this is for the runner who wants regular interaction and consistent contact. We will set up an initial consultation to determine the level of coaching you are looking for. In-person personal training sessions can be included for an extra fee.

Focused Training

Race-specific packages, 8, 12, or 16 weeks. Personalized and individually designed. Weekly virtual check-ins and monthly plan updates. For the experienced and motivated runner wanting to see just where their running can take them.

Whether you’ve taken time off from running, are postpartum or recovering from an injury, worried that you aren’t a “real runner” unless you look a certain way or run a certain pace, we can start you on a journey of running for fitness, training for a goal, or just remembering how much you love lacing up those shoes and hitting the roads.
