What is run coaching? We will work one-on-one to identify your goals, analyzing where you are now, where you want to be, and the paths we can take to get you there.
What does a running coach do? I will assess your current fitness level and look at your current training, and help you find ways to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength to make you more resilient to injury and a better overall athlete.
What do I do? You commit to working hard, learning new ideas, implementing the training, and communicating during the process. Hiring a running coach or personal trainer won’t make you have a better-looking body, make you faster, or guarantee you a ticket to run the Boston Marathon. Trust the process, do the work, and remember: it’s not always the destination, it’s journey you took along the way.
