Run coaching and personal training looks different for everyone. What are you looking for?

  • For the runner looking to shake things up! We’ll identify weaknesses, use strength training & mobility work to improve your overall fitness, and work to make you a more efficient and happier runner.

  • A time-bound 12 or 16 week training plan to prepare you for a specific race goal. We’ll work hard but have a whole lot of fun along the way.

  • It’s not just where you’re going… it’s how you get there. Whether you are returning to run postpartum or post-injury, or just after a long break, we will design a program that gradually and consistently builds your endurance.
